Samsung Yesterday announced the launch of Samsung Jet the smartest mobile gadget in India. Samsung Jet enjoys the benefits of both advanced features of a smart phone and the easy-to-use user interface of a conventional mobile phone. The Samsung Jet supports the latest smart phone features, which include multi-task manager and Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, with a more convenient user interface as a result of more streamlined push email for business users. Other features include-
- 3.1 WVGA, AMOLED touchscreen display with 16 million colors.
- 3D like UI with multiple desktops with Motion UI, Media Gate 3D and Multi-tasking manager.
- 800MHz application processor.
- 5 megapixel AF camera with Dual LEDs for a flash that features Face Detection, Smile Shot, Blink Detection and Geotagging.
- Samsung’s DNSe Sound engine and SRS WOW Sound Effects for audio with.
- 3.5mm earphone socket.
- DivX and XviD video playback.
- GPS with A-GPS.
- Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, Micro USB.
- 3G with HSDPA, EDGE/GPRS and Wi-Fi.
Samsung Jet gives consumers portability and convenience through a brand-new concept – ‘one finger zoom’, which enables one hand operation to zoom in and out. One finger zoom can be used not only for the Internet browser, but also for Photo browser and file viewer to see TXT, PDF and PPT files in four times bigger size – all just with one finger tip while you’re on the move. The Samsung Jet is priced approximately Rs. 24,150.
