Acer Reduced Laptop Prices as Special Xmas Offer

Acer has reduced the prices of entire range of netbooks for the Indian customers for this Christmas. Under this offer, Acer’s Aspire One, which comes with pre-installed XP Home version, will be available at Rs. 17,499. The netbook is available in five different colors – Sapphire Blue, Brown, Black, Pink and White.
With an LCD size of 8.9-inch and weighing less than one kilo, the Aspire One offers numerous connectivity possibilities, an easy-to-use software application suite and battery life of up to 3 hours plus, the company said. Moreover, the Aspire one comes with an ergonomically designed keyboard which is 89% of the full size.
S. Rajendran, Chief Marketing Officer, Acer India, said, “Christmas is one of the biggest gifting seasons worldwide. With this latest initiative from Acer, the Aspire One can be an ideal gift during this festive season. We also believe that this would be a beachhead to the widespread adoption of mobile computing in India as consumers in a slowing economy look at ‘super value’ for money offerings. We foresee this move on price point as a ‘major inflection point’ in the Indian computer market by enabling consumers across the spectrum to connect to the worldwide web through affordable mobile computing devices from a world class brand.”
The Aspire One is equipped with the latest Intel Atom processor technology, Linpus Linux Lite or Windows XP Home, and has 1GB of RAM memory installed with up to 160 GB of HDD. How many of interested to buy this???
